Charles River

August 2nd, 2007
This week Radio Boston will be documenting the Charles River with geotagged photos on Flickr. These are the photos I have contributed to the pool. Click here to see a slide show; people have been adding some stunning shots, don't miss it!

I'm sure these two will love to participate in the Second Annual Charles River Mile Swim Race on June 15th.

After decades of pollution, the Charles River has benefited from the ongoing Clean Charles River Initiative, which was started in 1995 to restore the river’s ecological health.

The Charles River Swimming Club was founded in 2005 with the dual purpose of organizing competitive swimming events in the Charles River and facilitating the return of public river swimming.
